The Boat that Rocked

Linda and I watch The Boat that Rocked last night, a film about pirate radio in the Sixties. I actually really enjoyed it, especially the music chosen for the soundtrack which I have a copy of somewhere. One forgets just how much effort the then-Labour Government put into clamping down on the pirate radio stations - I think it was Tony Benn who was actually in charge. I felt the movie might have noted it was a Labour Government, but instead seemed to mainly feature Tory stereotypes.

Everything was groovy I expect

I bet I could dance like this - not going to try though
