At last, I have a plan. I am planning to drive to Linz for the Glass opera, Kepler! This will enable me to call in a certain other Kepler-related places on the way - Weil de Stadt and Tubingen. It also makes it something of an adventure.
So I am booked on the night ferry leaving the Wednesday before and will stay at Heidelberg on the Thursday night. I will visit the Kepler towns on the Friday, arriving in Linz that night. I have the day free on the Saturday and the opera that evening. Then the long drive from Linz to Rotterdam on the Sunday for the ferry that night.
All in all, a pretty good plan I reckon
